Cancellation Policy

Aura Touch Mobile Massage operates on private luxury appointment basis, where each session is exclusively reserved and carefully prepared for every client. To ensure the highest quality experience and respect for scheduled appointments, the following booking policies apply: Booking & Confirmation All appointment are considered confirmed once a booking request is approved. Time slots are reserved and unavailable to another clients once booked. Appointment Requirements Appointment must ne booked at least 24 hours in advance. Same day appointments are not available. For couples' appointments, treatments are provided back to back by one therapist unless otherwise confirmed. Mobile Service & Parking Aura Touch provides mobile services at the client location. The client must provide the complete and accurate address, including the unit number and access instructions. Safe & reasonably close parking must be available, the therapist carries heavy equipment. Any parking fees are the client responsibility. Health & Safety Clients must disclose any relevant medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, recent surgery, medications, or other health concerns before treatment. Aura Touch may modify, postpone, or decline a service when necessary for the client's or therapist's safety. Professional and respectful conduct is required at all times. any inappropriate behavior will result in the immediate termination of the appointment, and the full service amount will remain payable. Payment Accepted payment methods are Cash, Debit, Credit, American Express, or Master Card. E-transfer is not accepted. Any applicable taxes and parking fees are the client's responsibility. Payment is due at the time of the appointment. Cancellation & Rescheduling There's no cancellation fee. However, if an appointment is cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours' notice, including on the same day, a 100$ payment will be required before booking any future appointment. Insurance Receipts Receipts are available upon request. Clients are responsible for confirming coverage with their insurance provider. By booking an appointment, the client confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.
