Aura Touch Beauty & Spa operates on private luxury appointment basis, where each session is exclusively reserved and carefully prepared for every client. To ensure the highest quality experience and respect for scheduled appointments, the following booking policies apply: Booking & Confirmation All appointment are considered confirmed once a booking request is approved. Time slots are reserved and unavailable to another clients once booked. Cancellation Policy Appointment cancelled or rescheduled with less than 12 hours notice will incur a 50$ cancellation fee, automatically applied according to Aura Touch Beauty & Spa booking system policy. The policy protects reserved treatment time, preparation, and travel arrangements dedicated specifically for each client. No-Show Policy Failure to attend a scheduled appointment without notice (No-Show) will result in a 50$ cancellation fee. Repeated missed appointments may require full prepayment for future bookings. Safe and suitable treatment space upon arrival Health & Safety For hygiene and therapist safety clients must inform Aura Touch prior to booking of any medical conditions, injuries, allergies, pregnancy, sensitivities, or skin conditions, including but not limited to contagious or infectious skin concerns such as active rashes, open wounds, fungal infections, severe eczema, psoriasis flare-ups, or any conditions that may be transmitted to through skin contact. Aura Touch Beauty & Spa reserves the right to refuse or modify treatment if any health or safety concerns are present and may compromise client or therapist safety. Respect for scheduled appointment times is essential to maintain fairness for all clients. Late arrivals may result in shortened sessions.
